Offerings
Not every moment of change requires the same kind of support.
Each engagement is tailored to meet you where you are. The offerings below represent possibilities, not prescriptions and describe how this work takes form in different contexts and moments of life.
The work I offer through ASHAKI is not delivered as programs or packages. It takes the form of intentional, time-bound engagements designed to meet a specific moment with care, clarity, and respect for timing. I work deliberately and cohesively — creating and holding space for what is true to surface, and for grounded movement forward to emerge without rushing what needs presence and time.
In practice, this work unfolds through reflective conversations — sometimes one-to-one, sometimes in small groups — shaped by listening, inquiry, and careful attention to what is present. Engagements are intentionally limited and unfold over weeks or months, depending on the nature of the moment and the work being held.

Threshold Clarity:
For individuals at life or leadership crossroads
- Core Gift Discovery: For naming what is essential — and carrying it forward with intention
- Wisdom in Transition: For leaders and organizations at a maturity shift, or senior leadership and organizational advisory during periods of realignment
- The Circle: A space for lived experience, reflection, and next-chapter discernment
Threshold Clarity - For individuals at life or leadership crossroads
There are moments when effort stops working — not because something is wrong, but because a chapter is complete. I created Threshold Clarity for those moments.
This is a short, contained engagement for people who sense that something is ending, but cannot yet fully name what is emerging in its place. Together, we slow the noise enough to listen carefully – to what is complete, what must be released, and what is quietly asking to come forward.
In this work I help you:
name what is truly complete (not just what feels uncomfortable)
distinguish fear, habit, and obligation from genuine intuition
identify what must be released before a new direction can emerge
This is not ongoing coaching. It is a focused, reflective process designed to bring clarity, relief, and grounded next steps – without urgency or pressure.
Core Gift Discovery
For naming what is essential — and carrying it forward with intention
Some transitions are not asking for reinvention. They are asking for clarity about what truly matters.
Core Gift Discovery is an in-depth, reflective process I offer to help unwrap and articulate the gift that is unique to you — the one that shows up again and again in your life, quietly woven through your experiences, values, and impact on others.
This work is not about what you do, but about who you are: what matters most to you, what your heart is drawn toward, what makes you feel alive, and how that essence is experienced by others as your unique gift – in life and work.
The process offers a clarifying lens for considering choices — helping you sense what is truly aligned and what is not. It supports you in shaping your next chapter from authenticity -- what is true,
sustainable, and coherent within you, and noticing which choices and circumstances honour your Core Gift, and which quietly pull you away from it.
This work:
- draws out what is non-negotiable at the center of who you are
- results in a personalized Core Gift
Statement to guide future decisions
- clarifies how that gift is asking to be expressed now
Unlike strength, skills, or personality assessments, this process does not categorize or compare. It reveals what is uniquely yours — what remains true across roles, contexts, and life stages.
The work results in a personalized Core Gift Statement that many people return to again and again. It becomes a compass — supporting decisions related to work, leadership, relationships, creativity, and care — and offering insight into why certain situations, roles, or dynamics feel deeply energizing, while others quietly drain you.

Wisdom in Transition - For leaders and organizations at a maturity shift, or senior leadership and organizational advisory during periods of realignment
Organizations, like people, eventually outgrow their own structures.
Wisdom in Transition is advisory work for leaders and organizations who sense that existing models, roles, or cultures no longer fit — not because something is broken, but because the organization has entered a new phase of its life.
This work is for moments when discernment matters more than momentum.
I work as a reflective partner, helping leaders see the deeper context shaping their decisions — so choices are made from coherence, values, and ethical alignment rather than habit or acceleration.
This work often includes:
- understanding what phase the organization is actually in
- naming what is outdated rather than broken
- aligning future direction with purpose, responsibility, and integrity
Engagements may include advisory conversations, short-term retainers, or confidential executive reflection space. The emphasis is always on clarity, not activity.
The Circle - A space for lived experience, reflection, and next-chapter discernment
There are moments when answers aren’t what we need — presence is. The Circle exists to hold that presence together.
The Circle is a quiet, facilitated space for people who have lived fully, carried responsibility, and are sensing that something is changing — even if it cannot yet be named.
It is not a program, a group offering, or a standing commitment.
It is a way of gathering — grounded in presence, listening, and shared humanity.
Within The Circle, people come together not to be fixed or advised, but to be witnessed. We speak from lived experience rather than analysis, and we listen without the need to respond, resolve, or perform.
This is not group coaching or therapy.
It is a reflective space that honours wisdom as something that emerges between us — when time is slowed, attention is generous, and experience is met with care.
Different Circles, formed over time
Rather than a single ongoing group, specific Circles are formed over time within this offering, shaped by a shared life context, question, or threshold.
These Circles may be oriented around themes such as:
- Reflection & Renewal — navigating grief, loss, long seasons of caregiving, or deep exhaustion
- Wisdom in Transition — managing change and uncertainty with integrity, including leadership or identity shifts
- Shared Path — navigating transition without walking alone
- Witness & Wayfinding — leading with heart in complex or demanding roles while finding one’s way
- Living with Integrity — living with intention and alignment amid chaos, change, or uncertainty
Each Circle is time-bound, lightly facilitated, and intentionally spacious — allowing insight to surface and settle without being rushed.
Who The Circle is for
Those who find their way to The Circle are often people who have:
- carried responsibility for others, organizations, or communities
- moved through significant life passages — leadership change, caregiving, loss, or deep reorientation
- reached a place where clarity matters more than momentum
They are ready to honour what has been lived, integrate experience moving forward, and do so without rushing what comes next — in the company of others who understand the weight and beauty of this stage of life.-
Suggesting or Requesting a Circle
Circles often emerge in response to what people are living through.
If there is a particular life context, transition, or question you feel drawn to explore — and you sense the value of doing so alongside others with similar lived experience — you are welcome to share that when you reach out.
While Circles are offered by invitation and formed with care, your inquiry helps shape what may be held next.
Each Circle meets periodically in a small group setting. Gatherings are lightly facilitated and intentionally spacious, allowing insight to surface and settle in its own time.
Participation is limited and offered by invitation, to protect the depth, trust, and integrity of the space.
Those invited into the Circle often include people who have navigated significant life passages — leadership transitions, long seasons of caregiving, or the loss of someone deeply loved — and who are seeking a ‘safe space’ to share with others who have walked a similar path, ready to honor what has been lived, integrate experience moving forward, without rushing what comes next.
