Approach/Framework

How the Work Typically Unfolds

The work I offer is best understood as reflective advisory and coaching, grounded in conversation, inquiry, and lived experience. It draws from leadership development, mediation, somatic awareness, and life transition work, without being defined by any single method.

At its core, this is dialogue-based work. We slow down together and listen carefully to what is present — bringing attention to what is complete, what is emerging, and what wants to be carried forward with integrity. I work as a reflective partner, helping clarify what matters and supporting coherent, responsible decision-making.

Engagements typically involve a series of intentional conversations, held one-to-one or in small group settings, depending on the nature of the work.

Sessions are conversational and spacious. They may include reflective dialogue and inquiry, naming patterns or thresholds that are present, and attending to somatic or intuitive signals as they arise. Together, we clarify what is complete, what must be released, and what is asking to emerge. People often leave this work with clearer language for what they already know but have not yet named, relief from carrying unspoken complexity, and a grounded sense of next steps — or the confidence to pause.

I work in focused, contained engagements rather than open-ended support. This allows the work to stay present, honest, and aligned with the moment someone is in.

The work prioritizes depth and containment over volume. Alignment is imperative, that is why I typically begin with a small exploratory engagement to ensure fit before moving into anything longer-term.

I take on a limited number of clients at any given time so the work can be done with care and presence. I’m not always the right support for people who are early in their process or looking for ongoing emotional holding.

ASHAKI’s work is not designed for everyone.

It works best with people who already carry responsibility — in their lives, their work, or their communities — and who are ready to engage honestly with questions of completion, direction, and integrity.

This work is not intended for early-stage self-discovery or ongoing emotional holding. It is not well suited for those seeking:
- continuous emotional support without - accountability quick fixes or surface-level change - high-volume or highly prescriptive programs
It is well suited for those who sense:
“Something in my life or leadership is complete — and I’m ready to understand what comes next and move forward with clarity, integrity, and care.”

Fees are discussed after an initial conversation, once there is clarity about the nature, scope, and timing of the work. Engagements are structured per engagement rather than open-ended sessions, and may take different forms for individuals, leaders, or organizations.

My fees reflect the depth, experience, and level of attention involved in this work rather than the number of sessions alone. I prioritize fit, timing, and integrity over volume, and I aim to be transparent and respectful in these conversations so people can make informed decisions.
