About Tracy

I’m Tracy.

People often tell me that something settles when we sit together — that they feel calmer, more at ease, more present and aligned. I’ve come to understand this isn’t about personality or technique. It’s about presence, attention, listening, and care.

My work is grounded in the understanding that when the mind overrides the heart for too long, the body eventually bears the cost. Authenticity is not a concept. It is the lived alignment between what we know in our hearts and how we move in the world.

I work with individuals, leaders, and organizations during moments when something no longer fits — when clarity matters more than speed, and the way forward asks for discernment rather than urgency. I’m not here to carry clarity for others, but to help create the conditions where clarity can emerge.

My professional life spans more than four decades and includes leadership and organizational development, communications, mediation, human-centered change, Reiki practice, birth and death doula work, caregiver advocacy, and long-standing community service.

These are not credentials I perform, but experiences that have shaped how I listen, how I hold space, and how I accompany others through transition. I work best with people who are ready to listen honestly to themselves and engage with change thoughtfully, rather than rush toward answers. If you’d like to understand the experiences that shaped how I work, you’re welcome to read more below.

MY STORY:  Thresholds That Shaped This Work

My life has been shaped by experiences that taught me how to be with what matters most: leadership responsibility, caregiving, community service, and intimate encounters with birth, death, and profound change. These moments were not about fear or survival, but about clarity — invitations to shed what was no longer serving me and step more fully into alignment with myself. These thresholds didn’t teach me how to fix life — they taught me how to meet it.

One of the most formative thresholds of my life was walking beside my soul mate and life partner of forty years as he prepared to leave this world.

In that space, I learned the grace of letting go, the strength of presence without agenda, and how to trust the deep intelligence of the heart. That experience excavated my soul and gave me the resolve to step fully into this work.

What I named more than a decade ago as ASHAKI, I am now bringing into fuller form — giving birth to it in this next chapter of my life.

I now find myself in what many traditions call the elder or crone stage of life. For me, this is not about age. It is about responsibility — the responsibility to see clearly, to name what matters, and to walk beside others with steadiness and care.

If you feel called to live from the heart — not sentimentally, but truthfully — I would be honoured to serve as your mirror and guide.

Not to lead you somewhere new, but to help you remember what you already know.

This is the art of living consciously. And it is the ground from which everything I offer emerges.
